What the site is for

The site presents our lodges, activities and trip packages in Patagonia, Argentina, and lets you send us an inquiry, use the trip configurator, and book an introductory call with our team.

No booking by using the site

Sending an inquiry, using the configurator or booking a call does not reserve a stay or create a contract for a trip. A stay is only confirmed once we agree the details with you directly and you receive our written confirmation. Prices, availability and itineraries shown on the site are indicative and may change.

Booking a call

• To book a call you verify your email with a one-time code and choose an available time slot.
• You receive a confirmation email and a Google Calendar invitation with a Google Meet link.
• We may need to reschedule or cancel a call. If so, we will contact you at the email you provided.
• Please give us accurate information, and only use an email address you own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

• trying to access areas of the site you are not authorized to use;
• interfering with the site or its security, or sending automated or abusive requests;
• submitting false information or using someone else's email address.

Our content

The text, photographs, videos, logos and design on this site belong to Escape Patagonia or its licensors. You may view them for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Information and liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate, but it is provided as is and may contain errors or be out of date. Outdoor activities such as fishing, trekking and horse riding carry inherent risks and conditions in Patagonia change; the terms that apply to your stay are those in the written agreement we share with you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
